A walk from Carbis Bay to St Ives - and back !

We packed some dog food and of course our passports for the big trip up to the wild North Coast.
Carbis Bay was looking amazingly good with the sand up at a very high level - obviously the bay was sheltered from the worst of the storm surges - we have seen a 6ft drop from the end of the ramp in a bad Winter in the past.
Super clear view of Godrevy Lighthouse
The Carbis Bay Hotel and Spa has really undergone some modernisation since we last saw it
and the pool area is looking very tropical
