Penzance

A quick trip into Penzance with my poorly desktop - which promptly decided to work - and to collect a "postage underpaid" packet which turned out to be a Christmas card which our friend had forgotten to put a stamp on ! - Not a great start, so I went and parked on the Harbour car park and had a coffee in the Old Lifeboathouse Bistro ! (good excuse !)
Gry Maritha in the dry dock, with the guys from A&P in Falmouth having a good look around after her collision with Crow Rock off St Mary's the other day.
Hopefully she'll be back at work soon. Meantime the smaller work boat the Lyonesse Lady has bounced her way over from Scilly to deliver Scilly flowers to Penzance - she's about half way back and going quite well - although it must be really nasty out there.
Bet the waves were splashing up higher than that yesterday - and will be again tomorrow.
