One for Betty in Australia - this is where she stayed last year as part of her "grand tour"
Bonnie heading up the track towards us carrying her ball as always - which Wooster usually tries to steal - but today he was on his lead

  1. Thank you for the photo of the cottage. I have been wondering if the cottages have been sold, as you mentioned that they were on the market some months ago.
Love the pic of sun on the little daffs. Hope it won't be long 'til the big ones are out and you have seen the last of the wild winter weather.
Cooling down a bit here and we had rain a few days ago. I'm looking forward to Autumn.

    1. Yes all under offer Betty, there was a bidding war for "yours" We're hoping to buy Oamura - survey and legal stuff still going through. Might not make us much money, but better than the interest rates at the moment !
Not much sign of the bigger daffodils yet I suspect they are rather deep in the soil. The Gladiolus Byzantium (Known as Whistling Jacks here) are sprouting leaves in the front wall.
Beware of what you wish for when you're hoping for cooler weather - I moaned about the heat in the Summer and all we got this winter is wind and rain & destruction ! If we have another good Summer I promise I'll just enjoy it ! he he !
