PERRANUTHNOE is a small village on the South Coast of Cornwall, just East of Marazion, there is a Car Park and sloping access to a safe sandy beach and the beachside Cabin Cafe. It has The Victoria Inn a superb multi award winning pub, which serves super food both lunchtimes & evenings, - a Church dating back as far as 1160. The Lynfield Centre which houses The Cowhouse Gallery, The Peppercorn Cafe and a hairdressers.

I went down to B&Q in Penzance and then drove down to the car park and wandered down to the beach - well it used to be the beach !  I was stunned by what I saw, the last couple of storms really have ripped it apart - and unfortunately brought in tons of seaweed
Such a mess - the tides will hopefully take some of this away and gradually bring back the sand - but it's going to take a while
Think we need more rock armour on this side of the steps

    So sad to see the beach like this. my parents told me it was in a terrible state but couldn't imagine how bad. Hope the aand is back soon Dawn

    I'm sure the sand will gradually build up again - but we really need some calmer weather. Sue
