Another night of wind and heavy rain. Biggest gust was 56mph but we weren't really expecting it to be quite as bad as that.
Each time the fields start to dry out a little this happens, methinks the Early Potatoes are going to be a bit late - again !
Looks that way again we haven't even bought our seed potatoes yet !! sad that the front at Penzance is so damaged....love that walk to Newlyn .Beautiful sunsets in your yesterday's photo's...still pretty rough sea.The cottage Betty stayed in looks very nice is it self catering ? how many people does it accommodate ? hope you have had a better day.thanks Sue.
ReplyDeleteThe cottage that Betty stayed in is a 1 bedroom with a bed settee in the lounge - the four little barns that went under the name od Trebarva Farm Barns, have been up for sale and are now all under offer - we are hoping to buy one called Oamaru which is a 2 bedroom 2 shower room one - in the middle of all the legal work at the moment - we'll have no time to do much in the way of improvements before this season. Sue
DeleteThanks Sue....hope it all goes through for you.Don't think we will get down to Cornwall this year.....but we will certainly 'watch this space' !! macca.
