Morning walkies

Overnight we had more very  heavy rain and yet more gales- there had been gusts of over 70mph again although for a change they were from the NW so it hadn't kept us awake since all the noise was on the kitchen end of the house. Fortunately the rain eventually moved on up country and by the time I had got myself and the dogs ready there was blue sky and sunshine
The sudden change of direction of the wind had downed the long digital TV aerial at Churchway Cottage - sadly they need to be that long to get a signal in the lower part of the village
Several clumps of Aubretia on this granite wall in a sheltered area of the village
