PERRANUTHNOE is a small village on the South Coast of Cornwall, just East of Marazion, there is a Car Park and sloping access to a safe sandy beach and the beachside Cabin Cafe. It has The Victoria Inn a superb multi award winning pub, which serves super food both lunchtimes & evenings, - a Church dating back as far as 1160. The Lynfield Centre which houses The Cowhouse Gallery, The Peppercorn Cafe and a hairdressers.

These are the two old mine addits - in this case tunnels used for draining the mine workings - the one on the left collapsed a while ago, but has now got much worse and I gather that these rocks were tipped down from above to try to stop it working it's way any further inland.
The one on the right has really opened up and I gather from someone who had a closer look you can now walk in - probably best not to.
To think that men had to go in there and dig the tunnel which was vital as water was a great enemy.
We have our own little waterfall on the beach - wonder where this water is coming from - almost hate to think !
