I had been concerned that we might eventually come across a stream and we did - the dogs enjoyed a quick paddle & foot wash
and a drink !
Fortunately for Jim & I there was a bridge for humans to get across to the other side
After a long and enjoyable walk we eventually re-joined the usual path back to the car park, which was pretty full by then

    1. Not bad at the moment Betty, we didn't huff and puff much - didn't enjoy the steps as they were quite high ones. Was a super walk - we'd not gone out of the Cove that way before - but would like to do it again as we all enjoyed it ! Sue
