Penzance

We needed to go to Penzance this afternoon and Jim also is desperately in need of some new walking boots, so we walked down into the town - sadly did not find any. I then walked down towards the harbour whilst Jim went back for the car.  Scillonian III is back in the wet dock for her final preparations before commencing her trips to the Isles of Scilly on 17th March
Low tide in the dry dock pool and a digger was removing some of the silt from in front of the gates
Gry Maritha on Lighthouse Pier with a misty Mount just visible - sorry not great photos, I only had Jim's little Sony camera with me - mine was in the car
Looking out over the boat pen towards The Mount. Won't be long before they are being lifted back into the water, with high expectations of another wonderful Summer
