Friday - back in Mount's Bay

Just the one big Island here - and smaller of course. But we love St Michael's Mount in all its moods
Don't know how the dogs managed to avoid treading on this big caterpillar - not sure what it will become !
The usual cloud out to the West, but it was a lovely morning
Contented looking Seal down in Boat Cove
Back home, I noticed this Schizostylis that had pushed its way through some ferns - looks really nice
My sister Pat has commented that our Magpies don't look like the ones she sees at home - I spotted this one and there are at least two very pale ones again - as we had last year - they look rather nice and keep making very strange noises
Colour co-ordinated Bee
French Pilot Cutter crossing Mount's Bay
The old Mundic bungalow was only demolished a few weeks ago - today we could see the frame of  the new house.
Very pleasant walking weather !
They've been cutting and baling all the fields whilst we have been away
Heard an unusual engine noise and spotted this - don't know if it is an old bi-plane or a replica
