PERRANUTHNOE is a small village on the South Coast of Cornwall, just East of Marazion, there is a Car Park and sloping access to a safe sandy beach and the beachside Cabin Cafe. It has The Victoria Inn a superb multi award winning pub, which serves super food both lunchtimes & evenings, - a Church dating back as far as 1160. The Lynfield Centre which houses The Cowhouse Gallery, The Peppercorn Cafe and a hairdressers.

Saturday

Probably a better morning than we expected - lots of blue sky, but still breezy
Down on the parking field it was very busy as Perranuthnoe is a checkpoint for the annual 44 mile Lizard to Lands End run. Lots of friends and relatives wait as well to cheer on their competitor - then leaving to drive on to the next checkpoint.
This was one of the early arrivals - although I assume that they have to do a staggered start
They do seem to bunch together more later in the morning - not really a day to be walking the coastal footpath
