Tuesday

Grey round the edges, but some nice blue sky overhead at around 9am
what a surprise to see the Cunard cruise ship Queen Victoria actually heading into Mount's Bay after having crossed from Cork overnight
I kept expecting her to turn away
But no, she came much closer than we expected and toured across Mount's Bay
Off she went heading East along the Channel, eventually she turned South and has just arrived in St Peter Port, Guernsey

    1. A real surprise as they usually pass too far out for us to see at all - the only ones that have donw this were both Saga ships. Really good to see something like this - and HMS Illustrious today.
