Afternoon walkies

I had gone up to Oamaru Barn to shampoo the carpets and Jim came up with the dogs so that we could walk East from there. Sadly the cattle were too close to the gateway for me - we'd have had to walk through the middle of them !  So we went down the track past this beautiful wild Honysuckle and then down the sloping path that joins the coastal path.
Looking down to the beach as the tide comes in
Nice views along the coast to Cudden Point
Another first for me - had to look it up - quite a large clump of it mixed in with grasses etc.  - it's Common Restharrow (Ononis Repens) really pretty
The view West from the top at Trevean
and to the East
The dogs love this spot
Looking West over Maen-dhu Point - you can see the bank of cloud which was to spoil the sunset
Lovely sky as we make our way back to Trebarvah
