Afternoon walkies

Still very misty and damp as we walked the dogs this afternoon
We showed Nick the results of our hard work at Oamaru then carried on down the hill
On the way down the hill I noticed this Ladies Bedstraw that has suddenly appeared

  1. Haven't seen Ladies Bedstraw around since I was a young girl, how lovely. Hope you didn't have to wait too long this afternoon for your Sky man. A grim day up here, haven't been able to see our hands in front of our face hardly, it's been so misty. Hopefully a better day tomorrow. The Mount looks beautiful whatever the weather. THANK YOU

    1. Have to admit I had to look up the yellow flowers - don't recall ever seeing it before and certainly not just there. Though I might have to ask you what they were, but then found them in my big book of Wild Flowers. The mist and fog was moving around - at times really thick. Sky Man came around 3.30pm having phoned Jim at home - which wasn't where he was supposed to phone ! Looked far too young to be drilling holes in a granite building, but he got it done OK. Hopefully the weather will be better tomorrow as we're off to Sea Salts & Sail in Mousehole. Sue
