Lovely cottage as we cross the lane that leads to Prussia Cove
We reach the coast right above Coules Cove - which is looking rather nice and sandy this year - with Keneggy beach to the right, which I think is now only accessible at low tide by walking across the rocks from here.
The lovely stonework of The Lodge at Porth en Alls House
The entrance to the Top Flat in Porth en Alls House where we stayed many years ago - we then had a couple of holidays in the Garden Flat, then we went to Scilly for the day and that was it !
Looking across to the very old Fishermen's huts that have appeared in so many postcards, photos and paintings.

    1. Much kinder temperature for Tilly Pointer so we felt it was a good day to go for it. Part of the path can get very muddy, so we wanted to go whilst it was nice and dry.
It's a wonderful walk and it was very busy on the footpaths and I really pleased that you enjoyed the walk as well. Sue

    1. How lucky you are to have a Jay that will come into the garden - we hear one sometimes when we take the dogs to the woods. Used to have them taking the peanuts outside the little cottage and their calls used to echo around the woodland. Sue

  3. Very enjoyable to see your walk. The fisherman's huts look very romantic, like something they would use for shooting "Rebecca". The stonework is beautiful on all the houses, whether cottage or the grander one. Sometimes I wish I had stone rather than the pesky cob.

    1. I agree the stone is really good and you feel it will all stand for ever. Prussia Cove did appear in at least one film - Ladies in Lavender with Judy Dench with Charles Dance Directing. Used Cliff Cottage which is right above the cove. Friends were camping in the field and when they arrived back one day, Charles Dance opened the gate for them lol. It's beautiful walk and we should do it more often, but it can be muddy and there is no food or "comfort stops" which is a bit tricky - really need a tea garden there ! Sue
