Wednesday

Sadly this was as good as it got today - rain arrived on and off during the morning and then got much worse during the afternoon
So, it was on with the waxed jackets and off to Friendship Woods for the dogs
Which is of course a real treat for them
Lots of new scents to follow

  1. That looks like a lovely wood, and I bet there are quite a few scents for Till and Wooster to follow. I will have to look it up on my OS map so when I go to Godolphin House again, I can combine a walk - if I am not too scared on my own. I find the Carlidnack woods a bit scary if I go too far in. Hope you don't think I am a wally!

    1. Rather comically it looks so much better on photos than it is in real life. This is not Godolphin Woods it's a little wood close to St. Hilary - as with Godolphin Woods it was planted in an old mining area. Godolphin Woods are just down the road from the House - what you need to take with you are a couple of Pointers - I don't think you're a Wally at all, I wouldn't walk in woods without them ! Thought of you when I took a photo of Trelissick House today.
