PERRANUTHNOE is a small village on the South Coast of Cornwall, just East of Marazion, there is a Car Park and sloping access to a safe sandy beach and the beachside Cabin Cafe. It has The Victoria Inn a superb multi award winning pub, which serves super food both lunchtimes & evenings, - a Church dating back as far as 1160. The Lynfield Centre which houses The Cowhouse Gallery, The Peppercorn Cafe and a hairdressers.

 After I got home from my shopping trip we decided that the day was too good to sit around, so we drove to Helston and The National Trust's Penrose Estate - to try out the new bridleway walk along the fields to the coast & back through the usual Loe Pool walk.

I have to say that it wasn't exactly peaceful, due to the Culdrose trainees zooming around in the Kingair - as well as the Hawks and a Sea King helicopter
the usual landing and takeoff and back round again !
