I went shopping at Marks & Spencer at the far end of Hayle and then drove back through the middle to take a look at the new Asda store which is nearing completion as Nick has got a job here - not that keen on the style of the building - much prefer Sainsburys.
Unfortunately the viaduct right next to the Asda Store is undergoing some major work, which, together with roadworks meant that it took me 15 minutes to get past it
The lovely little church at Phillack
The old harbour is being renovated as there are due to be other shops and cafes along there - and looking over the sand dune to upper St Ives just over the bay
