Afternoon walkies

Jim decided to mow the lawn and I walked the dogs up the hill towards Ednovean where Charles was distributing the hay for the girls whilst Christine was looking on - wearing a nice red hat - just needs some white trimming  ready for the festive season !
Two Hawks flying together - still with wheels down for take-off & landing training
No proper sunset again this evening
By the time I got round to the farmyard it was all looking rather grey
Well done Jim - the lawn had really grown, so it had been a big job
The Church looking lovely with the lights shining through the beautifully renovated Trevelyan window.

  1. I'll swap your Cornish grey day for a Shropshire grey day any time - your church looks calm and warm in that picture xx

  3. We leave the grass a little longer in the Winter - but the dogs are very hard on it - and of course it continues to grow all Winter - and of course he's got two lawns to do now !
The lovely old church really does look beautiful when the lights are on in the Winter. Sue

  4. Beautiful photo of The Mount through the Tamarisk, THANK YOU. Looks like you are going to be walking in a lot of mud for a while now by those paths. Love the stripes on your lawn, a very good job done by your man of the house.

    1. Was thinking of you when I took The Mount through the tamarisk. The paths are suddenly getting really nasty - suppose the rain was sinking into the dry ground for a while - but not any more ! Sue
