PERRANUTHNOE is a small village on the South Coast of Cornwall, just East of Marazion, there is a Car Park and sloping access to a safe sandy beach and the beachside Cabin Cafe. It has The Victoria Inn a superb multi award winning pub, which serves super food both lunchtimes & evenings, - a Church dating back as far as 1160. The Lynfield Centre which houses The Cowhouse Gallery, The Peppercorn Cafe and a hairdressers.

Penzance

 Penzance and the Opticians for me this morning. A very low tide with no water in the Harbour

 By the time I'd been tested and ordered my glasses, my 2 hours in the Car Park was almost up and the tide was in. Another 2 hours parking paid for and off I went for a coffee and to do my shopping
The Old Lifeboat House Bistro have hung their Christmas Tree upside down again due to lack of space -
 I came home and saw this in one of the papers - Victoria Beckham's Store in London - not as original as she thought !  Penzance did it first !

 Time to head out and dump it all further out in the bay
 Scillonian III is being painted from end to end

 Anchors Aweigh !
 We're gonna need a bigger Dry Dock !

    I was surprised to see the contract value of dredging Penzance. I manage dredging activities here and get a much better rate per cubic meter moved!

      No idea how much it costs, but it seems to be a very slow progress - seem to have seen them doing the same spot over and over again - don't seem to be dredging inside the harbour just the route in. Been at it for weeks !
