Jim took the dogs up the hill - in was still lovely and sunny, but quite chilly

We spent the rest of the day, emptying the shed as it needs to be moved and filling up the third log store - we've kept all the logs from the tree cutting, but they need to season for a while yet.
We were helped by our new Robin, who hopped very close and onto the wood - it even flew into the garage as we went down there to load the car for a trip to the tip, we managed to gently guide it back out again !
