Afternoon walkies

The sun was already behind the clouds (again) as we walked the dogs although it had been a mainly sunny day - but rather cold in the wind

Amazing what you find on a coastal walk -
could it be that Dolly Parton has passed by !
The sea is already looking  rather grey and angry and we're expecting another wet and windy night

  1. I really enjoy your outings to other places, and particularly like the view of St Ives from a distance. Sometimes that is the place to see St Ives - from a distance! Before everyone gets up in arms about that statement, I was meaning at the height of summer!
As to the wig, that is hilarious, and I wonder what the story is behind that? I discovered this week that there is (supposedly) an Owlman of Mawnan. Google it and see, but although I don't believe there is anything to it, I know I will be looking over my shoulder when I next go to tend my parents' grave in the churchyard there.

    1. Been meaning to visit Asda since it opened - Nick still hasn't seen it in daylight as he works evenings so hasn't really seen the view. Think they were badly advised to put the cafe almost under the viaduct rather than with the views of the water.
Quite enjoy a visit to St Ives in early or late season, but it doesn't appeal at all when its heaving with visitors.
Just been reading about The Owlman - rather spooky ! Sue
