Morning walkies

After all the excitement of the partial eclipse, the dogs thought it must be time for their walkies, so Nick and I set off along Boat Cove Lane - Still a hazy blue bay

and I think that this is the lowest tide I've ever seen here - the Spring Tides are obviously being affected by the very high barometric pressure
An empty Boat Cove
Wonderful song from this little bird and Nick managed to get this super photo
The very different view from Maen-dhu Point this morning - almost all rocks and no water
and the huge beach - showing just how much sand is still missing as almost all of these rocks in the foreground used to be covered by quite a layer of sand
The stones along the back look like they've moved as well
We then went to The Cabin for a cappuccino and a slice of cake (Nick was a bad influence !)
Sea King came low overhead just after we got home
