Afternoon walkies

We set off to walk through the cattle field - only to find the gate open and no cattle - Yippee !

We walked along to Trevean and looked back to Perranuthnoe
Strong North West wind was quite chilly up high on the hill
Pretty patterns in the white spume
Must have been hard work for these guys on their kayaks as they paddled against the wind
We sat behind a wall and had a cup of tea and then set off back towards Perranuthnoe
 The tide was well in
Nice patch of Bluebells alongside the footpath
We only spotted the one Early Purple Orchid - hopefully there will be more later
Rather a shaggy looking Peacock Butterfly down on the warm earth

A pristine Speckled Wood

  1. Thank you Sue, was hoping the Orchids would appear again this year. Oamara looks so inviting, one day we will get there.

    1. We will try to walk East more often now - especially now that the cattle seem to have gone - at least for a while ! We did look out for the spotted leaves, but didn't see any. Sue
