Friday

Fine early morning, but yet again cloud to the West approaching
Really pleased to see several Green Finches around the garden - just look at the pollen on the branch it's standing on the Cedar Tree - no wonder we get Hay Fever
Well, if you believe that the saying "Cast nere a clout 'till May is out" refers to the May Trees, then you're OK as there it is !
The Gulls are always on the lookout for a tractor

Distant shot of an Orange Tip Butterfly
The Tamarisk are showing some signs of life
 Trenow Cove
Pussy Willow Tree with lots of fluffy cotton
The older Tamarisks to the left - that gave protection from the wind to the more recently planted ones to the right
Laburnum tree - you don't see them much any more as the seeds are so poisonous

  1. Tamarisk view to the Mount still looks beautiful, even though they are quite wind blown. Looks like you had a great walk today with plenty of flora & fauna. Many thanks.
