Monday

Another sunshine and showers kind of day with what seems to be the normal cold wind

Lots of white caps out there. SCIII must have had a nasty trip - it took over 3 hours - 3 weeks today and we'll be there ! !
This afternoon it was possibly even colder in the wind
 With these huge shower clouds
Early evening and there were several rainbows, but this double one was the best !
Just as I came in from taking the rainbow shots I saw the Penlee Lifeboat Ivan Ellen coming over the bay - they were on a shout to look for a couple of Paddle Boarders they commenced a search pattern
Lots more spray as they turned into the wind - sadly the light got really bad as a big cloud came over

Just as I was going back to my dinner I heard an engine and there was the Inshore Lifeboat the Paul Alexander heading our way
Wonderful to see it in full flow !
 They came close in
The off they went again - not sure whether they had seen the paddle boarders then
But they turned up safe and well at Perranuthnoe  - great job as always guys !

    1. Always ready to go out, on whatever the job might be. It was super to be able to see them "in action" rather than an exercise - and know that all was well ! Sue
