Morning walkies to Maen-dhu Point

We decided to go and see the Sea King fly past at Maen-dhu Point, so went out in good time and climbed up towards the top in the hope of seeing them for a little longer
Super view from up there as we waited and waited and waited in the cold wind
A very patient Tilly, who couldn't work out why we were waiting around
At least the sun was out for some of the time
The Sea Kings of 771 Squadron eventually arrived from entirely the wrong direction - turned out they  went round the back of Porthleven and we were lucky that they came past us at all as they made their way almost straight across the bay instead of touring around it !
 A couple of close-ups

Only five Sea Kings  as one had been called away to Plymouth and the grey helicopter is a Merlin with the film crew on board
Welcome to Suz's new pup - Jim thinks his name is Paddy - lovely little chap
Beach looking good again this morning
