Morning walkies

 Another lovely morning
Sadly we were too busy packing and cleaning ready for our House Sitters who arrive today.

The view from the garden Lounge is looking wonderful with all the California Poppies - that came from Macca in Norfolk - for some reason although I scattered them last year none of them grew until this Spring.  Lovely deep orange

  1. Poppy seeds can sit on the earth and not grow for years. You need to turn the soil over to allow them to seed.

    1. They were scattered into the gravel - area was weeded, so it probably disturbed them enough ! Sue

    1. Not a bad crossing, but two Shearings coachloads and two school parties so it was busy. Bit of a roll every now and then, but wind has got worse so they will have a rolling time going back with a NE wind. Islands looking lovely, just wish the wind would drop ! Sue
