Friday

Nice fine morning, but the wind was back - though this time from the SE
RNLI Lifeboat Ivan Ellen was requested to take the owner and mechanic to this fishing vessel MFV Martine which had broken down. They then stood by the vessel......
But eventually had to tow her back to Newlyn - with the SE wind making the manoeuvre back through the gaps and into the harbour rather difficult and the Fisheries Protection vessel St Piran placed a rope on the stern to assist
Nice morning light on The Mount
Some of the grass on The Mount is getting as parched as ours !  Just noticed three gardners up on the green patch to the right of the round tower part
Quite a breeze out on Maen-dhu Point, but at least it was warm
Thought I'd check out how many people were hanging around waiting for the tide to recede
Liked this cloud - and was pleased to see that the bin now has four wheels again
 Lovely capuccino at The Cabin
Went out to the car and noticed that the Hydrangeas have been enjoying the sun - even though they face North
Some pruning needed down in The Courtyard
Really is the year of the Bottle Brush - quite amazing
High cloud had moved in by the late afternoon
The long walk back over the causeway to the car/coach !
The sky was changing all the time

Approaching rain and storm clouds - but they just passed us by - again !
