Tuesday

Not a great start to the day, but by mid morning there was blue sky starting to appear
Two David Brown tractors from another era - look so small compared to the big John Deere's, but very useful for going up and down between the rows of Cauliflowers
Grey skies or not, they were still down on the beach
By the time I went up to Trebarvah do do some strimming with my new cordless Strimmer the sky was blue and Mount's Bay was looking wonderful
The Swallows are getting very excited and chattering away - starting to prepare for the long flight South
 Beautiful colours in the water
Tiny dinghy sailing out off the beach
Not often we hear a boat engine, but we heard Celtic Fox come past
The clouds making patterns in the water
The Giant Thistles in the Car Park at The Victoria are attracting the Bees
Lovely late afternoon - although a little breezy up above Trenow
Just one lovely lady with long eyelashes - she was resting close to the footpath
The others were over the other side of the field
The Swallows were zooming about and Jim managed a photo
The lovely view from Basore Point
Another beautiful Painted Lady enjoying the warmth of the footpath
Boat Cove with a happy swimming dog

Bit chilly in the wind out at Maen-dhu Point - no wonder that there's no one sitting out there
Not much beach - but just enough ! !
 Lovely moon this evening

  1. What a beautiful photo...saw there was a full moon when I was awake at some unearthly hour ! but it was reflecting in thr greenhouse not the the sea....not quite the same !! What a trip you had to Newlyn and Penzance....it might have been easier by boat.. hee hee ! not much room for manoeuvre at the best of time ! We will have some time in Penzance before and after our Scilly adventure !! So......lets hope we will be able to meet up this time ! Thanks Sue. macca,
