Wednesday

Woke up this morning to find we could actually see over the bay - here Scillonian III is chasing down the crabber Harriet Eve
Tilly posing again - she's obviously fed up with Wooster being the star
A few people down on the beach this morning

I went into Penzance and found an empty harbour
As I arrived in the harbour car park I spotted the Tresco Boat Services jet boat Hurricane that had brought in some stranded flyers from Scilly - it went back empty as there was no problem with flying today
When I got back to the car with my shopping, Mermaid II was just loading passengers for a trip
and the boats were almost afloat
On the balcony this odd plant Faucaria Tuberculosa that we've had for quite a few years now has it's first flower. It spends the Winter in the pool house, but is now out on the balcony
We set off on our rather late afternoon walkies under a slightly odd sky
Which was unfortunately gradually covering the blue
 Lovely little Common Mallow

Mount's Bay Gig Rowing Club were out in the training gig Lady Sue
Think that this is a juvenile Black Headed Gull down on Boat Cove
Got a little cooler as the cloud got thicker

Lady Sue went right over towards Cudden Point, then came back
The first of the Passion Flowers have come out - in the middle of the Clematis
I've seen the photos taken on Scilly - it was a wonderful sunset this evening !
