Wild and windy with very heavy showers was the order of the day. Jim went up the hill with the dogs and fairly quickly back down again

Big dramatic clouds coming from the West

Just the kind of day to go out on a Jet Ski

Afternoon walkies was much the same - looking lovely to the East
But more looming black clouds to the West
 Another shower !

 Cudden Point this afternoon
 Dramatic clouds just before sunset

  1. I am happy to report that we have a very heavy rainfall today which is the first for some time. It is just at the right time for our newly planted California Natives garden, as although they won't need much rain in the future, they do need some to bed them in. Not sue if they had any in NoCal where the fires are raging, but I hope so.
Nine days until we are headed east towards Cornwall, and I am so looking forward to it.

    1. Comical really - you're happy it rained and we're a bit fed up as there's more rain in the forecast and it's rather chilly. Pleased that your newly planted garden will be happy ! Hope the weather is a little more like our usual September when you arrive !
