First sighting of Loe Pool
Looking towards the coast of The Lizard
Maize still has some way to go before harvesting
Looking over towards Helston
The engine houses and chimneys of the Trewavas Mines
Superb footpath that zig zags around the edges of the fields
Looking West towards Porthleven
Loe Bar
I'm ashamed to say I can't remember the name of these by the lodge house - even though we've got some at home !
Loe Bar looking very wide due to the low tide
Such a pity to see these trees looking so thin and sad now
The Hawks were very active - and noisy in and out of RNAS Culdrose
Sadly with only Jim's Camera I didn't have the usual zoom
Really wish that Cornwall Council would put signposts like this on the more of the coastal and other footpaths, there are signs to show a footpath, but often not where it goes and how far
We stopped off at The Stables Cafe for a coffee and cake then carried on back to the car
When the sun was getting low and shining through the trees I could see literally hundreds of these flying things - too big for mosquitos (I hope) all under the trees
Very bright sun this evening
Then it was gone - going to have to re-position the sunset shots to the other side of the tree soon !
