PERRANUTHNOE is a small village on the South Coast of Cornwall, just East of Marazion, there is a Car Park and sloping access to a safe sandy beach and the beachside Cabin Cafe. It has The Victoria Inn a superb multi award winning pub, which serves super food both lunchtimes & evenings, - a Church dating back as far as 1160. The Lynfield Centre which houses The Cowhouse Gallery, The Peppercorn Cafe and a hairdressers.

 I drove round to Wherrytown this afternoon and walked along the path towards Newlyn to await the arrival of the Penlee Lifeboat the Ivan Ellen and the new St Ives lifeboat the Shannon Class Nora Stachura 13-11 which had come in from Fowey to Newlyn for the night before going round Lands End to St Ives for the official welcome tomorrow. As you can see the conditions ver very rough for the trip and it was a stunning sight to see them both out there


 Two very different looking boats, but with the same purpose !
