Pouring with rain until after lunch and the sea was looking very angry
Well, that's it for our 40 year old swimming pool - we've decided that it was either a case of fill it in, or go for a major re-furb. It's far too deep to keep warm economically, so the water is being pumped out slowly, then the depth will be reduced to 4'6. Lots of work to be done - will be interesting to watch !
Jim eventually took the dogs out later on this afternoon and was surprised to see some brightness out to the NW
Really strange light which was changing all the time
Not holding out much hope for a better day tomorrow
