Thursday

Jim took the dogs up the hill this morning, it was very windy and not at all nice !

After more than a week of sorting a massive load of unwanted items in the garage, we loaded the car and set off for Lays Auction House in Penzance this morning. On the way back we stopped off to take some shots of The Mount and the Kite and Wind Surfers

The colours changing over on The Mount as some of the trees lose their leaves
Still working on the repairs of The Causeway, but getting closer to the end now
Huge amount of white water out there today
Only a month and a half left before these wonderful helicopters and their superb crews are SAR no more
Went down towards the car park to deliver some calendars and tried to take some photos - really very windy and it had started to rain (sorry about the blob of rain )

With several people in the village including us suffering from inadequate broadband or even total lack of a phone line, things seem to be moving as I spotted this writing next to some of the BT equipment  in the road opposite The Victoria - here's hoping !
Very dull and windy as Nick & I walked the dogs up towards Ednovean this afternoon
Grim, grey and misty again

Just for a few minutes after we got home it looked quite pretty !
