Wednesday

Much clearer this morning, with a hint of brightness
Could even see right over the bay to Mousehole
SCALI REALI:Lpg Tanker been out in the bay for a few days in the mist
292 metre  Bulk Carrier - Simon LD at anchor on the outer reaches of the bay
A little streak of blue sky here and there
Almost sunny  in Penzance

Huge shower cloud that passed us out at sea and carried on East
 and another !
We were a bit late again this afternoon - just a hint of colour in the sky as we set off

The usual Autumn gathering of juvenile Little Egrets  down on Boat Cove
They love to poke around in the masses of seaweed
 Well camouflaged Whimbrel

  1. The church with the glowing light could be a beautiful Christmas card shot, especially with a bit of snow on the ground, but I am not wishing that on you!
It does look like the weather has turned windy and blustery, so a time for you to enjoy a quiet Perranuthnoe.

  2. I also love to see the lights on in The Church. I do have a shot with some snow on The Church which I often post over Christmas - not had any proper snow for years - wonder if this is "the year"
