 Just before I was heading out in the car & Jim was off with the dogs, I noticed a little sign of brightness

 Still looking very grey as they went down Boat Cove Lane

 Wooster loved this little alternative path that goes down to the field

 Still a bit splashy out on The Greeb

 Different looking helicopter with no visible markings

 There he goes again - just has to get into the photo

 Still rather breezy out at Maen-du Point so the sea was still rather lively

 Meanwhile I was in Penzance delivering a load of calendars to Aspects Holidays to send off to all our visitors to Oamaru Barn.  The tide was well in - just a few boats left in the harbour now

 I then walked along the road - popped into The Old Lifeboat House Bistro and ordered a cappuccino

 Took a quick photo of the super upside-down tree

 Walked quickly alongside the dry dock pool as I was running out of car park time

 Wondered what was going on here

 Spotted that they were filming the famous Battery Rocks Swimmers, who were swimming in The Harbour today

 A quick shot of Scillonian III now safely tied up to the land - alongside the road until she goes into dry dock

 I then drove to Helston and was treated to several sightings of Merlins flying in the by now really very strong wind and hovering over the tarmac at RNAS Culdrose

Not something you'd expect to drive along behind !  An Air Ambulance - minus rotas. We were waiting for the low-loader to be able to cross The River Cober bridge as it needed more road !
