Monday

A very brief pink glow this morning, but it was soon gone by fast moving clouds
As I set off with the dogs I was pleased to see that BT were in the village in force - sadly although it appeared that they were going to set up some traffic lights, there appeared to be a problem and when I arrived back in the village after a short shopping trip they were gone and there was a lorry pumping out one of the chambers under the road. Hopefully BT will get to works again soon.
Dark clouds to the West and blue overhead
Really very windy out there this morning
One of the pink Vanish bottles had blown up onto Maen-dhu Point
It was empty and I picked it up as I didn't want Wooster to - he like to re-cycle. Now the question is should I report it to the Receiver of Wrecks as The Cornishman has been instructing us to do - in the event I dumped it into the wheelie bin  - a few more were down on the beach
Ian, Alison & KB on the beach
Amazing the change in the beach from day to day
Popped down to Praa Sands and took this looking over the fields on the way back - Sadly although the flowers look pretty it is a crop missed as you need to pick them before they flower. The crop under polythene are  of course early potatoes - one of very few fields around Mount's Bay planted this year

Sikorsky S-92 , callsign "Coastguard 924" , on a coastal navex this afternoon , sadly it came over when we were in the middle of the village, so very difficult to get a shot
We popped up to Coastview to deliver the photographs of their build and took these from the garden
Such a wonderful view
Onwards down Boat Cove Lane and down towards the coast
It was really wild around The Greeb rocks

Who goes there ?
Wonderful waves out at Maen-dhu Point

If it's like this today, wonder what tomorrow will bring !

The sun disappeared behind a cloud as we walked in towards the car park
But then as we walked up towards home it appeared again

Super end to an unexpectedly fine day !
