I was up early this morning for the Electrician and this was the sight that greeted me as I opened the curtains at 7.15am Lovely moon and Jupiter shining brightly
This Merlin was hovering for over an hour out near the Mopus Buoy
Super clear looking towards Mousehole
Shady Mount but sun on Penzance for a change
Morning walkies fairly quickly - as the Electrician was running late and I needed to be back before he arrived
Cargo vessel Obelix at anchor awaiting orders
Some nice sunshine this morning
Took Matt the electrician up to Oamaru to PAT test the portable items (health & safety) Took this from the door - need to do some hedge pruning
Looking down at The Mount from Trebarvah
Afternoon walkies and the sun had disappeared
As we walked over the farm yard the cauliflower tractor came back - note the narrow wheels to get down between the rows
Trouble is the narrow wheels sink in - yuk !
A little brightness as we walked down the hill
The three cornered Leeks are flowering in the shelter of the old spoil heap
and that's it for today
Not sure if regs will be the same for PAT but we're moving to year one and four with recommendations on checks in year two and three by proprietor. May just mean Tilly & Wooster get a longer walk next year!
ReplyDeleteThanks - We were not really due for PAT testing until next year - but since the Electrician was there checking and certifying the work on the kitchen etc we thought we'd get it done anyway. Everything is only 18months or so old - or newer ! Hope the weather improves soon - not very tempting to book a holiday in UK - although going abroad has more risks these days! Sue
