Tuesday

Very dramatic lighting first thing this morning
Massive shower cloud heading East

Good to see a few inshore boats out in the bay today - the big Magsenger 19 is still at anchor over towards Mousehole
 Sunshine and showers again !

Jim took a chance and set off with the dogs

They made it up to Trebarvah and back in the dry - well at least it didn't rain, but the mud gets worse every day !
I popped down the village and went to take a look at the waves and surfers

Really love these little guys who have a happy home in the bird house above The Cabin store/garage

I took the dogs out this afternoon - looked like I'd made a really serious mistake in timing again

Norah Wortley (16-26) – All-weather Tamar class  lifeboat making for Newlyn from South Wales
Showers fortunately went elsewhere

Quite a number of surfers hanging around out there

Dramatic end to the day - just as it had started
Notice on the beach about the now quite famous bright pink plastic bottles that have been arriving on beaches from The Lizard to Porthleven - and I've heard one has been seen at Boat Cove, Trenow  today

Taken from the end patio after we got home
Our first few Daffodils are appearing - ours are usually really late as they're deep in the ground
