Sunday

A showery start, so I set off on a speedy walkies before the next shower arrived
Nice new sign for The Mews - hopefully the Parish Council will arrange for St Piran's Way to have one installed - it's only been a couple of years since it fell off its stand and had to be propped up
Inner Mount's Bay looking a lot calmer this morning - but watching the Penlee Lifeboat heading out past Lamorna I can assure you that there was still plenty of swell further out
The next lot of rain approaching, so just a few snatched shots

Maen-dhu Point
Rain getting closer

The rain arrived as the dogs & I walked in towards the Car Park, but as we got there, a thoughtful Jim arrived to give us a lift home.
I then drove up to Oamaru Barn to make sure that all was OK after yesterday's storm and called in at Coromandel next door as well. All was fine, thank goodness  as we have visitors arriving on Friday
As I was just writing this another heavy shower arrived along with a really big gust of wind showing 67.9mph at Lands End Weather
