As forecast the mist and damp had cleared and it was a lovely start of the day
Haven't seen puss for a while
We walked right down Boat Cove Lane to Trenow
As we walked up the hill heading towards Marazion the tops were being cut off the over-ripe Cauliflowers - not been a good season - too many too soon - never seen this field fail before
Nice view from the upper path
Eastern side of Marazion
Castle looking lovely in the morning light
Unusual sight on our side of the bay - a hauled out Seal
Grey Heron down on Boat Cove
Off it went
Very relaxed Seal giving me a wave ! !
This Kestrel watched us walking towards it for quite a while - tricky shooting into the sun
Wooster stated he had limp ears this morning
Really low tide again
Looked like this was the cooking part of a Foraging trip
Garden escape Periwinkle in the hedge
The Buzzards were back and zooming around very low - this was the only one I got that was in focus
Afternoon walkies and it was already too late to catch the sun - it had also got really cold !
The large flock of mixed Finches were in the hedge again
That's all for today - I'm off for a 2 hour appointment at the dentist tomorrow, so might not feel like posting any photos
Good luck at the dentist Sue, know the feeling, but it isn't so bad as it sounds sitting there for that long. Great photo's, as always. Thank you so much
ReplyDeleteDentist wasn't too bad - wisdom tooth out in around 10 seconds - previous tooth out after the failed root canal at the previous dentist - 35 minutes of hell ! Thought of you the other day when I took a look at The Old Vicarage B&B website - Tea Room not re-opening - rather sad ! On the bright side The Peppercorn has been sold to a couple of ladies and will re-open by the end of the month ! Hope you're doing OK. Sue
