Bank Holiday Monday

The morning after storm Katie the sea was still wild and there were still plenty of massive shower clouds around
The moment a shower passed by I set off with the dogs
The Greeb Rocks got their power wash

Nice waves rolling in towards Trenow
Looking past Maen-dhu Point to Cudden Point

Huge long waves heading for the beach
Well, what was left of the beach
Really was looking a mess after such a violent storm

Looking back as I was on my way home - next shower approaching
Noticed the doors of The Old Penlee Lifeboat Station open as they were accepting visitors there today - they had 278 people come to visit
Afternoon walkies up towards Ednovean and round to Trebarvah

Next massive cloud approaching
Amazing sight that greeted me when I reached the top of the hill round at Trebarvah
Just had to keep taking photos as we raced down the hill

 Getting closer

It really was these colours - this is exactly as the camera took it - just got through the door in time !
Not really a sunset, but more rain came moments later

    1. Just no end to the heavy showers, so walkies need to be timed to perfection - got it a bit wrong this morning !
