Friday

An early start for me - before the sun was up over the hill
I went up to Oamaru Barn to meet John the Plumber as I needed an outside tap installing
Some nice sunshine and blue sky at times
Super clear view of the Castle from up at the top of the hill
Meanwhile ! Jim was on dog walking duty
He was hoping he'd found a gap in the showers
 Mount's Bay looking good

 Boat Cove

He was lucky and got home before the next shower
Some really dramatic clouds today

The dark cloud and the sun creating amazing colours

Our visitors had now left Oamaru and I went up there to pressure wash the patio and footpath as it had got very slippery. Unfortunately the showers got much closer together and I had to keep working in rain and hail - managed to get it finished
Jim & Nick took the dogs out - looking very threatening

They just about got home before the next heavy shower
