PERRANUTHNOE is a small village on the South Coast of Cornwall, just East of Marazion, there is a Car Park and sloping access to a safe sandy beach and the beachside Cabin Cafe. It has The Victoria Inn a superb multi award winning pub, which serves super food both lunchtimes & evenings, - a Church dating back as far as 1160. The Lynfield Centre which houses The Cowhouse Gallery, The Peppercorn Cafe and a hairdressers.

Cool grey morning again

It was looking like it might be about to brighten up
Good to see the flag flying over the castle again

Still good to see a Sea King - they'll be going soon

I was feeling really rough this afternoon, so Jim took the dogs to the fields above Trenow

    1. The aneasthetic went down my throat and made it really sore - now I've got a nasty cough and the throat isn't getting better - hopefully won't last long. Jaw a lot less painful now. Sue
