Afternoon walkies

It had turned into a lovely warm afternoon
Walked down Boat Cove Lane as far as the Hens then turned towards the coast again
Really like the view from this footpath as we head for the Coastal footpath
 Strange clouds this afternoon
The beautiful West Country Sailing Ketch Irene
Nice new granite seat has been placed at Basore Point with this favourite view
Dedication to John, Lord St Levan
A couple of surfers on the reef

The long walk back to land and then their car
Huge clouds to the NE as we turn and head East
 Low tide at Boat Cove
Little Egrets down there again
 Another nice shot of Irene
 Beautiful sky
The long line of clouds over to the West again

Wooster standing on the end of Maen-dhu Point
Beach not looking as bad as I'd expected
 Some Mackerel sky
Funny stripey clouds spoiled the sunset

  1. Looks like everything is drying up too. The granite seat is a great idea to take in the view. Who placed it there?

    1. Assume the seat was placed by either The St Levan Family from The Mount or The National Trust - sat on it today watching the surfers.
