Wednesday

Morning walkies and it was spotting with rain already
The first of the Hottentot Fig flowers has appeared after the nice sunshine of the last few days

Still some blue sky to the NW

By the time I got home the first shower had passed - but then a little later the larger area of rain arrived
We were lucky - the rain came past and then the sun came out again

Surfers were down off Basore Point
Sadly the camera was pointing straight into the sun
The beautiful view from the new seat

 Bit of a problem !

We then walked on with the water looking beautiful

Not a soul on the beach
Jim had noticed one of our resident Crows was down on the slope to the garage - I'd forgotten that it knew how to lift the bird feeder off the hook - normally it is fastened on.  I was about to take it in anyway as I don't put them out when there are baby birds around.
It had managed to take it apart and the what was left of the nuts lying around.  I picked them up - Mrs Crow will have to have a change of diet tonight
The sun dropping down behind cloud

Just appeared in the gap at the bottom
