Friday

I've always been sad that Mexican Fleabane hasn't found its way into our garden - the other day I found some - Yippee  sadly it's only small at the moment - not like this large clump
Rather a chilly and breezy morning
Lots preferring to paddle rather than use the boats
Gardens open today

The nicely cleared National Trust footpath
The Cornwall Council - not cleared footpath - evidently it still doesn't appear on anyones list to strim - most used path in the village !
Dutch Navy NH90's on detachment at Culdrose for a week or so - exercise in Mount's Bay - lowered an object

Empty beach today
Off they went - back to Culdrose
Juvenile Goldfinch on the wires
Next to a couple of juvenile Swallows
Yep ! timed it wrong again - these showers have been coming over all day
At least we didn't get wet
Not looking like the jet stream is going to move North any time soon, so this weather might continue - very depressing !
