Friday

Rain when I took the dogs down to the garden first thing, but it moved on and the sun came out

Wonderful sky as I walked down Boat Cove Lane

More wind blown contrails looking East

By the time we reached Maen-dhu Point the clouds had covered most of the blue sky

Trying to get a better view of the Agapanthus

Another catamaran - this one is Suenos I now realise that all the nice boats heading for Penzance are here for tonights PASAB - Penzance to Scilly & Back race

A sad goodbye to Bramble and Moss - and their family as well. They're off home tomorrow !
Afternoon walkies and it was cloudy and there were showers around
 People wading over the causeway

Lovely big beach has not had that many people on it this week
I went out to fire up the barbecue and saw this nasty looking cloud - fortunately it didn't come our way
Rather strange light  with the setting sun shining below another huge dark cloud

The two leaders approaching the Mountamopus Buoy - dark blue  spinnaker got round first - sadly the light was fading by then
Mount's Bay Lugger Association's Happy Return rather a long way back and suffering in the very light winds
The catamaran with the pink spinnaker was really moving well
Just had a look and they're all only moving at around 2.5knots with Happy Return even slower - she goes well in a stronger wind ! It's going to be a long night !
